Iceland
Iceland feels like stepping onto another planet — and exploring it together made it even more magical. From the moment we landed in Reykjavík, we knew this trip would be unforgettable.
We rented a car and chased waterfalls along the South Coast — standing behind Seljalandsfoss laughing as we got completely soaked (worth it). One of our favorite moments? Watching massive ice chunks drift through Jökulsárlón Glacier Lagoon while we sipped hot coffee and just took it all in.
Of course, no Iceland trip is complete without soaking in the dreamy blue waters of Blue Lagoon. Floating there together while steam rose into the cold air felt surreal — equal parts romantic and rejuvenating.
Where to Eat:
We loved grabbing fresh seafood downtown in Reykjavík and cozying up in small bistros after long exploring days. Icelandic lamb stew became our comfort meal. For a sweet treat, the local bakeries are incredible — flaky pastries + strong coffee = perfection.
Don’t Miss:
Driving the Golden Circle
Northern Lights hunting (winter)
Glacier hikes
Black sand beaches at Reynisfjara
Iceland is raw, wild, and breathtaking — and it’s even better when you experience it hand in hand.
